We're looking for someone with...
- A background in software engineering, computer science, and/or machine learning.
- An ability to build a product from scratch and program full-stack.
- A passion for improving education and an ability to perform well in a fast-growth startup environment.

- Work directly with executive team to outline product roadmap.
- Oversee engineering and product teams (including hiring).

- A background in cognitive neuroscience (preferably with an emphasis in knowledge retention).
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and/or programming preferred.

- Work closely with product to ensure it maintains best practices to increase student retention.
- Conduct knowledge retention research and experiments.
- Track product success metrics.
